You, the member, may cancel this agreement, within 3 Days from your initial subscription date without penalty or obligation.

To cancel your subscription, send a support request with subject 'Cancel Membership/Remove Profile'. To ensure your refund is not delayed, please include:
a) Your request for a refund;
b) The reason(s) for your refund request (feedback to help us improve the site);
c) Your MidwestSecrets.net Nickname and email address.

We will REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT of your subscription unless:
a) This is NOT the first time you have subscribed to our service.
b) You cancel your subscription agreement after the first 3 Days of your subscription period.

Messages that were unlocked due to your subscription activation will be re-locked upon early cancellation.

Each individual is entitled to a maximum of ONE refund only - regardless of how many accounts they hold or have held.

You may resign at any time. When you remove your profile, your billing stops immediately, and no new charges will be billed to you unless you re-instate your subscription agreement.
However, if you resign after the first 3 Days of an initial subscription term, you will not receive a refund for any days remaining in your subscription.
You will not receive a refund for any days remaining in a subscription unless:
1) you resign within 3 Days of your initial term;
2) you become disabled before the end of your subscription period (such that you are unable to use the services of MidwestSecrets.net); or
3) you die before the end of your subscription period.
